Delete your account

You can delete your HisFullGlory Daily Walk account at any time, in the app or by email.

Delete it in the app

1. Open HisFullGlory and sign in, with Google or with the code we email you.
2. Open Profile and scroll to Delete your account.
3. Choose Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted at once, and you will see a confirmation.

If you signed in with Google, you can also remove HisFullGlory from the third-party connections in your Google Account.

Cannot use the app?

Email support@hisfullglory.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete your account within 30 days and email you to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account and your profile, including your display name.
• Your posts, reflections, prayers and chat messages in the community, and the replies other people wrote under your posts.
• Your reactions, votes and the reports you sent.
• The people you blocked or muted, and anyone's block of you.
• Your topic and Circle memberships, and the support requests you made.
• Circles you own. They close, with their posts.

What is kept

A record of moderation decisions can be kept to protect the community: what was decided about which post, Circle or request, and when. It holds no name, email address or post text. Reports other people sent about your posts stay with their accounts.

On your device

Your private journal, prayers and reading are kept on your device, not on our server. Deleting your account in the app also removes what that account saved on that device. What you saved without signing in stays on the device until you clear it.
